PET bottle production has tradition at KHS Corpoplast, with Otto Rosenkranz inventing the first PVC stretch blow molding machine as far back as in 1968. With decades of experience under our belts we can now provide you with the optimum product: the InnoPET Blomax Series IV stretch blow molder for the perfect bottle, suitable for all filling lines and monoblock variations.

This machine is ideal for the energy-efficient stretch blow molding of your PET preforms. It gives you quick and easy support and fits seamlessly into your production line, producing PET bottles with optimum stability and a low weight. This modern system turns your preforms into bottles holding between 0.2 and 3 liters. Thanks to the quick-change Speed-Loc system, on this stretch blow molder you can also switch formats very quickly and with minimum effort. The InnoPET Blomax Series IV is designed for large production lines and has a maximum output of 81,000 PET bottles per hour.

In 2013, TÜV SÜD awarded us the coveted “Energy-Efficient Plants and Systems” certificate. The TÜV certificate was preceded by a comparison of the InnoPET Blomax Series IV and the predecessor model, the InnoPET Blomax Series III, in practical operation. The result: the InnoPET Blomax Series IV reduces the comparative blow air consumption by up to 30%, it requires approx. 43% less electrical power, and requires approx. 49% less cooling capacity.
